110mm wide machines can produce labels up-to 110mm in width and 300mm wide machines can produce labels up-to 300mm in width.

Finished labels (or gaskets, Pads, Die Cut Parts, Shapes, Circles etc) can be supplied either individually cut or “kiss cut” on rolls (this means we cut through the material down to the release liner at the bottom). The external waste (or web) can be stripped away leaving the finished parts on a roll.
Rotary Die Cutting is very suitable for high speed, high volume production where great accuracy is needed.
The types of materials we Rotary Die Cut every day are single sided foam tapes, double sided foam tapes, single sided tapes, double sided tapes, paper products, fabric, cork, plastic etc. Different materials are often combined (or laminated) together to make a finished article. For example we can laminate PVC Film with double sided tape and paper to produce wobblers for the Point Of Sale Market. Or we can laminate Plastic with Single Sided Tape and Paper to make Flexible Hangers. We have also laminated Cork and Single Sided Foam Tape to make Protection Pads for the Glass Industry.
