When it comes to size, we know it matters to you. Thas is why we are delighted to introduce you to our new addition at Lynvale, her name is `Kylie` and she is our state of the art Kongsberg Cutting and Milling Machine.
Kylie can produce your gaskets up to 1300mm x 2000mm
Kylie can produce highly accurate bespoke gaskets quickly and easily with little or no tooling costs.
Kylie doesn’t believe in waste and will automatically eliminate as much waste as possible; we then pass these savings on to you!
Kylie can be as gentle or brutal as you need, her milling head can cut through very hard materials including metal, or you may need us to use her foam cutting head which can either cut partially or all the way through foam. You may also need to plane sheets of plastic or wood accurately, Kylie can do this too!
Simply send your CAD drawings in EPS, DXF or MAP format and we will get to work.
