Our Band Saw is used for cutting larger items of Non Adhesive Foam and Self Adhesive Foam into individual pieces.
We profile foam, cut foam, split foam and fabricate foam using our Band Saw for industries such as Automotive, Aerospace, Ministry of Defence, Furniture, Cosmetic and Packaging. Typically, we will cut sheets 1M x 2M x 30mm thick into blocks 300mm x 300mm x 30mm thick for cushioning or packaging.
